KuCoin Will Update the Ticker of Bifrost (BNC) to BNCOLD

KuCoin will update the ticker of BNC to BNCOLD. We will automatically complete the BNC swap to BNCOLD for BNC holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

KuCoin Trading Bot will delist BNC at 9:00 on November 05, 2026 (UTC), including Spot Grid, AI Spot Trend, Spot Martingale, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Grid AI Plus and Smart Rebalance. Users are advised to shut down the running Trading Bots before the time above. If the user fails to close the bot before the time above, the system will automatically shut down the relevant trading bot for the user.
The withdrawal and deposit services for BNC will be closed at 8:00 on November 05, 2026 (UTC).
The trading service for BNC/USDT trading pair will be suspended at 10:00 on November 05, 2026 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of BNC as soon as possible.
From 12:00 to 14:00 on November 06 (UTC), 2026, the PRO&Classic WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays. Users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.
To complete the change, we will convert the BNC to BNCOLD at a ratio of 1:1 (1 BNC = 1 BNCOLD). Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.
After the migration is complete, please ensure you select BNCOLD when depositing on-chain assets to KuCoin.
