KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of Vector Space Biosciences(VXV) to Vectorspace AI(VAIX)

Dear KuCoin Users,
KuCoin will support the token swap of Vector Space Biosciences(VXV) to Vectorspace AI(VAIX). The VXV to VAIX token swap will automatically be completed for VXV holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:
1.The deposit and withdrawal services of VXV will be closed at 00:00:00 on May 21, 2025 (UTC)
2.The trading service for VXV/USDT trading pairs will be closed at 06:00:00 on May 21, 2025 (UTC);
3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ VXV assets at 12:00:00 on May 21, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old VXV tokens to the new VAIX tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 old VXV = 1 new VAIX);
4. Deposit and withdrawal services of VAIX tokens as well as the trading service for the VAIX/USDT trading pair will be opened after the swap is completed. We will notify users in a further announcement.
Please note:
1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 11 VXV;
2. The snapshots will include VXV balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account + Trading Account);
3. VXV tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance;
4. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for VXV are closed, the VXV token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit VXV afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
