What is Neutral Enhanced Fund 

Neutral Enhanced Fund is a Quantitative Fund Product launched by KuCoin Wealth. The product adopts market-tested quantitative strategies and captures market opportunities through arbitrage and long-short strategies, aiming to reduce reliance on one-sided market trends and pursue steady asset growth across different market conditions.

Subscription and Redemption Rules

Subscription

Users may subscribe at any time. Subscription units will be confirmed based on the Unit NAV on the confirmation day.

Subscription Units = Subscription Amount / Unit NAV on the Confirmation Day

Redemption

Users may schedule redemptions at any time. The redemption amount will be confirmed and settled on the redemption confirmation day. Redemption requests may be canceled one day before the confirmation day.

Redemption Amount = Redemption Units × Unit NAV on the Redemption Confirmation Day

Lock-Up Period

This product has a 30-day Lock-Up Period. After the Lock-Up Period ends, redeemed funds will be credited to the user’s account within 2 days after NAV confirmation.

How Returns Are Calculated

Quant Fund returns are calculated based on NAV:

Unrealized PNL = Units Held × Latest NAV - Cost Basis

If users redeem only part of their units, the Unrealized PNL may differ from the Total PNL. The actual result shall be subject to the product page and final settlement.

Fee Structure

The Quant Fund does not charge subscription fees or management fees. The platform and strategy provider only charge Performance Fees when actual profits are generated, based on an individual high-water-mark system.

Each investor’s highest NAV will be recorded. Performance Fees will only be charged when the latest NAV exceeds the investor’s high-water mark and generates new profits. If the NAV is in drawdown or below the high-water mark, no Performance Fees will be charged.

This mechanism ensures a fair and transparent fee structure and avoids repeated charges caused by other users’ profits or market fluctuations.
