⏰Campaign Period:From 12:00 on July 16, 2025, to 12:00 on July 23, 2025 (UTC)
Pool 1: For New Users: Deposit & Trade VSN on KuCoin toShare a 130,000 VSN Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, newly registered KuCoin users who complete the following tasks will be eligible to share a total of 130,000 VSN on a first-come, first-served basis. Each user can participate in this activity only once.
Task 1: Accumulate a net deposit amount (deposits - withdrawals) of at least 300 VSN.
Task 2: Accumulate a VSN Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $200 on KuCoin.
Pool 2: For All Users: Trade VSN on KuCoin to Share a 150,000 VSN Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, all KuCoin users who accumulate an VSN Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $500 on KuCoin will be eligible to share a total of 150,000 VSN.
Final rewards will be calculated based on the formula:(Your Net Trading Volume × Boost Multiplier ÷ Total Trading Volume of All Participants) × 150,000 VSN.
Additionally, participants who invite new users to register KuCoin will get bonus rewards based on the number of successful invitations.
Terms & Conditions:
1. New User Exclusive Pool rewards will be distributed in strict chronological order based on task completion time, with earlier completers receiving priority allocation;
2. Regular Prize Pool rewards will be calculated according to the following formula: (Your Trading Volume × Invite Boost Multiplier) ÷ Total Boosted Volume × Pool Size;
3. For invitation bonuses in the Regular Prize Pool, a qualifying "new user" refers to one who: (1) registers a new KuCoin account during the event period, and (2) completes full KYC verification;
4. This activity is only valid for Spot Users with VIP level no more than 4. Market maker accounts and Institutional accounts cannot participate in this activity;
5. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English original version, the English version shall prevail;
6. Malicious activities, including bulk account registration, wash trading, and self-trading, are strictly prohibited. Accounts associated with the same identity will be treated as a single participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke rewards if any malicious behavior is detected.
7. KuCoin reserves the right to interpret, modify, or cancel the activity at its sole discretion without prior notice. Appeals must be submitted within two months after the campaign ends. Late appeals will not be accepted.

Activity 2: Affiliate Exclusive: Invite Users to Trade and Share a 120,000 VSN Prize Pool!
⏰Campaign Period: From 08:00 on July 23, 2025 to 08:00 on August 1, 2025 (UTC)
Pool 1: Invite New Users to Trade VSN and Share a 35,000 VSN Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, existing affiliates can earn 20 VSN for every qualified new users invited who complete all three tasks ,on a first-come, first-served basis:
Task 1: Complete Registration;
Task 2: Complete KYC verification;
Task 3: Accumulate a VSN trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $200 on KuCoin.
Additionally, newly invited users will be eligible to earn 40 VSN upon completing all three tasks.
Note: Once the prize pool has been depleted, the activity will end.
Pool 2：Invitees’ Trading Leaderboard, Share an 85,000VSN Prize Pool!
During the campaign period, invitees (including existing and new invitees) who complete both of the following two tasks on KuCoin will stand a chance to share a 85,000 VSN prize pool!
Task 1: Accumulate a VSN trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $200 on KuCoin;
Task 2: Accumulate a total trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $10,000 in all tokens.
Note: Invitees’ rewards are proportional to their trading volume during the campaign period, and the maximum rewards is half of this prize pool.
Terms and Conditions:
1. KuCoin Affiliates must log in to their KuCoin accounts and click the [Join] button to participate in this event;
2. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis if the allocated rewards exceed the total volume of the prize pool;
3. Once you join the event, we'll track your participation by tallying the trading volumes of both your existing referrals and new invitees on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account within 30 business days after the event ends;
4. If there are other concurrent events of the same type (such as registration, deposit, trading, or sharing), rewards will only be issued based on the affiliate's first-time registration and participation in the specific event;
5. Investments in digital assets can be risky. Please carefully evaluate the risks of a product and your risk tolerance based on your own financial circumstances.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Trading amount = buys + sells;
2. Trading Volume = (buys + sells) x price;
3. Net Deposit Amount = deposits - withdrawals;
4. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force on all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin are voluntary and are not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way;
5. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify users' reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk registered accounts, self-dealing, or market manipulation);
6. KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the modification, change, or cancellation of the activity, without further notice.
7. If users have doubts about the result of the activities, please note the official appeal period for the result of activities is 2 months after the end of the campaign. We will not accept any kind of appeal after this period;
8. All participants must strictly comply with KuCoin Terms of Use. KuCoin reserves all rights to the final explanation of the event;
9. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail;
