The KuMining Affiliate Program Has Now Launched

We are pleased to announce that the KuMining Affiliate Program is now officially live on the KuCoin Affiliate System.

The KuMining Affiliate Program is more than just a commission mechanism — it’s a long-term collaboration model designed to co-build a global ecosystem and share growth with our partners worldwide. Whether you’re a content creator, community leader, or industry collaborator, we sincerely invite you to join us in shaping the future of the global mining network.

1. About KuMining’s Commission Mechanism

The KuMining program will adopt an independent incentive and commission model that differs slightly from the current Affiliate program, to better align with the characteristics and revenue model of the cloud mining product.

2. KuMining Commission Structure

• All existing Affiliates (regardless of tier) will start at Lv.0 with a 1% base commission rate.
• The commission structure includes only two levels (A and B) — meaning both regular and multi-tier Affiliates will receive direct commissions from two levels only.

3. Evaluation Cycle: T+1 Real-Time Upgrade

• The system evaluates upgrades every 30 days based on performance within the assessment period. Affiliates who meet the upgrade criteria will have their commission rate automatically updated on T+1, taking effect immediately.
• The system evaluates daily, based on the previous 30 days of hashrate sales.
• Before the first evaluation, all Affiliates start at Lv.0. Level changes depend on each subsequent 30-day assessment.

4. Definition of Valid Invited Users

• Only users who register directly through your referral link are counted.
• The invited user must complete their first cloud mining transaction within the evaluation period.
• Before making the first transaction, the invited user must complete a deposit (via OTC, fiat deposit, or crypto transfer; KuCoin vouchers are excluded).
• Only cloud mining transactions are counted toward affiliate commissions.

5. How to Participate

• If you are already an Affiliate, you’ll be able to view full details in the Affiliate System after launch — including your referral progress, earnings summary, and level growth status.
• KuMining also offers special partnership plans and custom collaboration opportunities for Affiliates with exceptional resources and contributions. 6. Terms & Conditions

• Commissions will be automatically transferred to the Affiliate’s KuCoin main account on T+1.
• Sub-account trading fees will be combined with the main account for commission calculation.
• Any activity involving traffic hijacking or security risks to KuCoin users will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. (This includes but is not limited to creating redirects using similar domains, content, or social handles to KuCoin’s official assets, or placing unauthorized KuCoin ads on search engines.)
• If any abnormal registration, trading, arbitrage, or violation of platform rules is detected, KuMining reserves the right to take actions including but not limited to canceling participation, withholding rewards, or suspending commissions. In severe cases, accounts may be frozen or trading halted.
• The KuMining Affiliate Program is not available to residents of Belgium, Turkey, France, or the Netherlands.
• KuMining reserves the final right of interpretation of this program and may modify terms without prior notice.
