KuCoin takes sanctions and regulatory compliance seriously. Following recent regulatory developments in the jurisdictions in which we operate, we are implementing additional controls on transactions involving certain crypto-asset service providers and platforms.
To maintain a safe and secure environment for our users and their assets, and to adhere to applicable legal requirements, KuCoin will no longer process—directly or indirectly—transactions involving the entities listed below.

Important Instructions for Users
From the relevant effective dates onwards, please ensure that:
  • You do not send digital assets to,
  • You do not receive digital assets from, or
  • You otherwise engage in transactions through KuCoin involving any of the above-listed entities, whether directly or indirectly.
This includes ensuring that the transaction source, originating address, destination address, and any intermediary service provider are not connected to these entities.
Compliance Review and Potential Restrictions
Any transaction attempted on or after the applicable effective date may be:
  • Held for enhanced compliance review,
  • Subject to rejection, or
  • Result in restrictions being applied to the impacted wallet(s) or account(s) while the review is ongoing.
Such activity may also constitute a breach of our Terms of Use, which could potentially lead to suspension or termination of your account.
