1. Once a buy order is successfully filled on the Pre-Market, the trade is considered matched. Token delivery is subject to the seller’s settlement action within the permitted timeframe, and KuCoin does not guarantee immediate delivery. The timing and completion of settlement remain at the sole discretion of the seller within the allowed window.
2. By participating in Pre-Market trading, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with potential delays in delivery. KuCoin bears no responsibility or liability for any losses, including but not limited to price fluctuations, missed trading opportunities, or any financial impact arising from settlement timing or delayed token delivery.
3. The system will continuously attempt to fulfill deliveries and thus the delivery time may extend. Please be patient if the delivery is not immediately processed. The delivered LINEA tokens or the USDT collateral paid by the seller in default will be credited to the buyer's trading account.
4. There is a 5% fee imposed on the seller's collateral if the seller fails to deliver at settlement time. The remaining 95% will be compensated to the buyer.
