KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap and Rebranding of Ethernity Chain (ERN) to Epic Chain (EPIC)
Dear KuCoin Users,
KuCoin will support the token swap and rebranding of Ethernity Chain (ERN) to Epic Chain (EPIC). The ERN to EPIC tokens swap will automatically be completed for ERN holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. The deposit services for ERN will be closed at 3:00 AM on March 12, 2025 (UTC);
2. KuCoin will close the withdrawal and trading service for the ERN/USDT trading pair at 10:00 AM on March 14, 2025 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of ERN as soon as possible.
3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ ERN assets at 12:00 AM on March 14, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old ERN tokens to the new EPIC tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 old ERN = 1 new EPIC);
4. Deposit and withdrawal services of EPIC tokens as well as the trading service for the EPIC/USDT trading pair will be opened after the swap is completed. We will notify users in a further announcement.
Please note:
1. The minimum holding for eligibility is 0.5 ERN;
2. The snapshots will include ERN balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account + Trading Account);
3. ERN tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance;
4. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for ERN are closed, the ERN token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit ERN afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
