KuCoin Will Support the Polygon(MATIC) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the Polygon(MATIC) network upgrade and hard fork.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The Polygon(MATIC) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the block height of 15,950,759 on Polygon’s Heimdall Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validation layer.

2. Due to the Polygon(MATIC) network upgrade and hard fork, we have decided to suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for Polygon(MATIC).

3. The deposit and withdrawal services of Polygon(MATIC) will be suspended at 12:00 on October 13, 2023 (UTC). We strongly recommend not to deposit and withdraw until the upgrade is complete.

Please note:

1. The network upgrade and hard fork will not affect the trading of Polygon(MATIC).

2. The Polygon(MATIC) network upgrade will take place at the block height of 15,950,759.

3. The Polygon(MATIC) network upgrade and hard fork will not result in new tokens being created.

4. Regarding further developments on when these services will be restored, we will not notify users in a further announcement.
