Impact on Your Account:

Starting from November 30, 2025 (UTC+2), you will no longer have access to any KuCoin products or services (withdrawal services excluded);

On December 4, 2025 (UTC+2), all your existing and open positions will be closed and all pending orders will be cancelled. We strongly advise you to voluntarily close your positions and withdraw your assets in advance. Following this, your account will enter "Withdrawal-Only" status.
Important Reminders:
We reiterate our recommendation to immediately cancel all existing orders and withdraw all your assets. If you are not resident of or registered in any of the Restricted Locations, please ensure that your KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date by 30 November 2025. To update your KYC information, please submit the latest verification documents through our official customer support channels.
