As set out in KuCoin's Terms of Use and related compliance policies, KuCoin does not provide services or products to, nor facilitate transactions for, any crypto-asset entity, organization, or platform that is designated, sanctioned, or otherwise identified as prohibited under applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, entities appearing on the UN Security Council Sanctions List, U.S. Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, U.S. Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, The EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, The UK Sanctions List, and entities on any restricted counterparty list published by KuCoin from time to time (collectively, “Restricted Counterparties”).
KuCoin takes sanctions and regulatory compliance seriously. We are implementing additional controls on transactions and user activity for any connection to these lists. To maintain a safe and secure environment for our users and their assets, and to adhere to applicable legal requirements, KuCoin will no longer process—directly or indirectly—transactions involving the entities listed as below but is not limited to：

KuCoin is entitled to take any appropriate action in accordance with this restriction or the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction's laws. In this regard, please ensure that:

You do not send digital assets to;

You do not receive digital assets from; or

You do not otherwise engage in transactions through KuCoin involving any of the above-listed entities, whether directly or indirectly.
This includes ensuring that the transaction source, originating address, destination address, and any intermediary service provider are not connected to these entities.
Compliance Review and Potential Restrictions
Any transaction attempted on or after the applicable effective date may be:

Held for enhanced compliance review,

Subject to rejection, or
-
Result in restrictions being applied to the impacted wallet(s) or account(s) while the review is ongoing.
Such activity may also constitute a breach of our Terms of Use, which could potentially lead to suspension or termination of your account.
