Notes for Activity 1:
1. New User Exclusive Pool rewards will be distributed in strict chronological order based on task completion time, with earlier completers receiving priority allocation. Once the prize pool has been depleted, the activity will end.
2. For invitation bonuses in the Regular Prize Pool, a qualifying "new user" refers to one who registers a new KuCoin account during the event period and completes full KYC verification.
3. This activity is only valid for Spot Users with a VIP level no more than 4. Market maker accounts and Institutional accounts cannot participate in this activity.
4. Accounts associated with the same identity will be treated as a single participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.
Notes for Activity 2:
1. In Pool 1, the rewards are limited to the first 1,500 qualified new users on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. In Pool 2, invitees’ rewards are proportional to their SIGHT trading volume during the campaign period. The more you trade, the more rewards you get.
3.In Pool 4, affiliates’ rewards are proportional to their teams’ SIGHT trading volume during the campaign period. The more you trade, the more rewards you get.
4. Once you join the event, we'll track your participation by tallying the trading volumes of both your existing referrals and new invitees on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account within 30 business days after the event ends.
5. If there are other concurrent events of the same type, rewards will only be issued based on the affiliate's first-time registration and participation in the specific event.

5. Rewards are not equally distributed and may be adjusted based on the quality of participation. Higher-quality engagement, such as larger asset holdings or more swaps, may receive slightly higher rewards, while low-quality or bot-like behavior may reduce rewards or result in disqualification.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Trading amount = buys + sells.
2. Trading Volume = (buys + sells) x price.
3. Net Deposit Amount = deposits - withdrawals.
4. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. 7. If users have doubts about the result of the activities, please note the official appeal period for the result of activities is 2 months after the end of the campaign. We will not accept any kind of appeal after this period.
8. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail.
