Due to additional time required for the system upgrade, KuCoin's ongoing SEPA service maintenance has been extended. During the maintenance period, EUR deposit and withdrawal services via SEPA may experience disruptions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Updated Expected End Time: 04:00 on October 19, 2026 (UTC)

Affected Services:

  • Additional Verification: Additional verification services may experience instability or unexpected interruptions during the maintenance period.
  • EUR Deposits (SEPA): EUR deposits may experience delays in being credited to users' accounts or may be returned to the originating bank account.
  • EUR Withdrawals (SEPA): EUR withdrawal services will remain temporarily unavailable during the extended maintenance period.

Other payment methods will remain unaffected.

SEPA services are expected to return to normal once the maintenance is completed. We will provide further updates if there are any changes to the maintenance schedule.
