Adjustment of ANC and MIR rewards distribution on KuCoin Earn

According to the staking rules of LUNA on-chain, KuCoin Earn decided to adjust the rewards distribution of both MIR and ANC in LUNA staking. Instead, the reward of ANC and MIR. Hence, the current APR of LUNA-staking has been raised from 2.5% to 3%, which will serve as the reward issued to the users.
