Important Announcement: Changes to KuCoin Affiliate and Referral Programs in Türkiye

Effective October 2, 2024 ("Effective Date"), and in compliance with new regulations issued by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), KuCoin will suspend all affiliate and referral activities for Turkish users. The affected campaigns and programs are as follows:
- Affiliate
- Referral Programs
- Cash Gifts
- Free to Earn
Consequently, all existing affiliate and referral links will be disabled immediately as of the Effective Date. Additionally, any rewards accrued after this date will be suspended to ensure compliance with the newly published CMB regulations.
We understand that these changes may impact your activities, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision is necessary to ensure our adherence to local laws and regulations.
