How do I apply for a KuCard?

Visit the KuCoin homepage, select the More tab, then KuCard. Or, directly access the application portal here.

 

1. On the KuCard tab, click Apply Now.

2.Confirm the information in the new page and fill in your DOB information.

3. Check that the cardholder name matches your KYC details. Once you've read and accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, click Next.

4.Choose to create Virtual card only or Physical Card and Virtual card.

If apply for Physical Card, the application fee of 9.99 EUR is required. Please keep enough USDT or EUR assets under your Funding Account.

5.You may choose and personalize the name that's printed on your card. When you're done, select Next.

6. Enter the address for your physical card to be sent to.

Note: This is currently exclusive to addresses that reside in Europe. Choose between standard or express delivery, then enter your address in English alphabets. Please also double confirm whether the phone number you entered is correct or not.

7. Set a 3DS Password, which is used to verify your online payments.

 

Delivery Details

Standard Delivery: Free, arrives in 1-6 weeks without tracking. To update your address, please contact Customer Service. Tracking information is not supported.

Express Delivery: Costs 30 EUR, paid from the balance in your Funding Account. Delivers in about 5 days. Choice of delivery between DHL Express or DPD Express. Opt-in any time before dispatch.

 

After Applying

Once done, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your virtual KuCard is ready for use, and you can find all the details you need under the KuCard tab in your Funding Account.
