BlockBeats news, on June 10, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas revealed that BlackRock has filed its fourth, and possibly final, S-1 amendment for its new product, the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA), and disclosed for the first time a management fee of 0.65%, which is higher than the fees of spot Bitcoin ETFs such as IBIT.
BITA is expected to provide investors with a yield enhancement strategy by holding Bitcoin exposure and selling call options, and BITA is anticipated to receive approval for listing soon.
