Nobody is forcing anyone to take part in these campaigns. Participation is completely optional, so if it’s not something you’re interested in, the simplest thing to do is just step aside and let those who want to engage do so in peace. Constant complaining when you’ve already chosen not to participate doesn’t add any value to the space. It only creates unnecessary noise and takes attention away from people actually trying to build, contribute, or learn from the opportunity. At the end of the day, everyone has the freedom to decide what they want to be involved in, but that same freedom comes with the responsibility to respect other people’s choices as well.
