This integration allows tokenized funds issued by Securitize to connect to Aave Horizon, enabling institutions to borrow stablecoins using tokenized securities as collateral. The Chainlink NAVLink oracle provides verified and risk-adjusted net asset value (NAV) data to ensure accurate and transparent pricing. VanEck's tokenized U.S. Treasury fund, VBILL, is one of the first assets to benefit from this integration. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo stated that the integration expands access to trusted on-chain collateral and demonstrates how regulated assets can flow within DeFi.
