This is Polymarket’s second official acquisition. Dome, a participant in the Y Combinator Fall 2025 cohort, provides a unified prediction market API that enables developers to build applications, trading bots, and data dashboards compatible with multiple platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi. The company previously received a $500,000 investment from YC and completed a $4.7 million seed round. Polymarket is currently valued at approximately $9 billion and has been actively expanding its business through acquisitions and partnerships; prior to this, it acquired the licensed U.S. derivatives exchange QCEX to facilitate its return to the U.S. market, and has also established distribution partnerships with Major League Soccer (MLS), the National Hockey League (NHL), and media platform Substack.
