According to a report from EXIO Limited, a licensed virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong, one of these websites is fraudulent, and the other two have no association with EXIO Limited. Additionally, the Hong Kong SFC has added “chenguanginvestment” to its list of suspicious websites, clarifying that this site has no connection with Capital International, a licensed entity under the SFC.

Hong Kong’s SFC has listed three “exiovip” websites as suspicious virtual asset platforms under its crypto asset classification rules. EXIO Limited, a licensed platform, confirmed that one site is fraudulent, while the other two are unaffiliated. The SFC also flagged “chenguanginvestment” as a CFT-related concern, clarifying it has no connection to Capital International. Regulators continue to strengthen oversight to prevent misuse in CFT-related activities.
