According to ME News, on June 8 (UTC+8), according to Bitdeer’s Form 6-K filed with the U.S. SEC, Bitdeer’s Chief Operating Officer, Chao Suo, and Chief Business Officer, Linghui Kong, both resigned effective June 8 for personal reasons. The company stated that their departures were not due to any disagreements with the company regarding operations, policies, or practices, and that both will remain with the company, though their new roles have not been disclosed. Linghui Kong previously served as Bitdeer’s CEO and transitioned to CBO in March 2024 after founder Wu Jihann assumed the CEO role; Chao Suo was appointed COO in September 2024.
