To thank all the users for their support of the KuCoin and SDAO project, we will be launching a campaign to give away a reward pool of 15,000 SDAO to qualified KuCoin users.

The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on November 12, 2021 to 10:00:00 on November 19, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: SDAO Trading Competition, Win a Share of a 10,000 SDAO Prize Pool!

All users who have a SDAO trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 500 SDAO or more will be ranked based on the total SDAO trading volume on KuCoin during the competition period.

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

* The reward for the qualified users other than the top 15 winners = (Each user’s total trading volume / all qualified users other than the top 15 winners’ total trading volume) * 5,000 SDAO

Activity 2: Bonus Pools, Win a Share of a 5,000 SDAO Prize Pool！

Users who meet the following requirements will have a chance to enjoy a 5,000 SDAO prize pool:

1. Have a trading volume that reaches 150 SDAO or more on KuCoin;
2. Add the SDAO/USDT and SDAO/ETH trading pairs to their Favorites List;
3. Pass KYC1.

Pool A:

KuCoin will randomly select 5 lucky winners from the qualified users to receive 200 SDAO each.

Pool B:

KuCoin will also randomly select 200 lucky winners from the qualified users to receive 20 SDAO each.

*Winners of Pool A will not be eligible to receive the Pool B reward.

Note:

1. Trading volume = buys + sells;
2. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the SDAO activity;
3. KuCoin will update the top 15 rankings of Activity 1 before 13:00 on November 17, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
4. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
5. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
