How can I receive aid from this donation?
KuCoin will identify and track users in the affected areas of Vietnam through our backend access logs.
Who is eligible for claiming the aid?
All Vietnamese KYC3/KYB users who have conducted transactions between August 1, 2024, 00:00 (UTC+8) and September 12, 2024, 23:59 (UTC+8) are eligible for the aid.
When will I receive the funds?
The initial badge of donations will begin to be distributed gradually starting from September 18th.
How are the donations distributed?
An equivalent ofUS$20 for each eligible user in KCS will be airdropped to their KuCoin accounts.
The airdrop has been issued in the form of compensation credit vouchers, which can be exchanged 1:1 for KCS tokens within 30 days
