Announcement Regarding the Adjustment of "The Volume Network (VOL) Lockup and Cash Back Program"

To ensure that global users are better involved in ''The Volume Network (VOL) Lockup and Cash Back Program'', the event will be adjusted as follows:

1.The revenue calculation start time is adjusted to October 8, 2019

2.Distribution of revenue: First  lockup revenue will be paid on November 8, 2019, second  lockup revenue will be paid on December 8, 2019, the last lockup revenue will be paid on January 8, 2020; The principal will be distributed two weeks after the end of  unlocking.
