The Huoxing Finance report states that Wang Xingxing, Chairman of Unitree Technologies, said during the online roadshow on August 7 that listing on the capital market marks a new starting point for the company. In the future, Unitree will continue to deeply invest in the research and development of core technologies for general embodied intelligence robots and their industrial application, while actively exploring more product forms such as humanoid robots, quadruped robots, and mechs. He emphasized that the embodied intelligence industry is still in its early stages of development, and the generalization capabilities of robots require collective improvement across the entire industry. The company will persistently tackle key software and hardware technologies including embodied large models, scenario data collection, reinforcement learning, and self-developed core components. For this IPO, Unitree Technologies set the offering price at RMB 150.80 per share, with an estimated market capitalization of approximately RMB 60.9 billion. The company plans to publicly issue 40.4464 million shares, accounting for 10% of the total post-offering share capital. In the strategic placement, DeepSeek was allocated 933,400 shares (with a subscription amount of RMB 141 million and a lock-up period of 36 months), and Shanghai Qishan Investment, a subsidiary of Tencent, was allocated 903,300 shares. Online and offline subscriptions will open on August 10. Wang Xingxing revealed that the company achieved the world’s highest shipment volume of humanoid robots in 2025, with its non-GAAP net profit growing rapidly.
