<h2>Campaign Rules</h2>

<li><strong>Team Formation Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;<br />A team must consist of at least three members, including one affiliate as the team leader and at least two invitees who are automatically enrolled under the affiliate.</li>

<div><strong>Team Ranking Eligibility:</strong> <br />To be eligible for ranking on the leaderboard, a team must achieve a minimum cumulative trading volume of 500,000 USDT during the campaign period.</div>

<div><strong>Individual Eligibility Requirements:</strong> <br />Each team member must reach a minimum individual trading volume of 10,000 USDT during the campaign period to be counted as a qualified participant and included in team rankings and qualified member calculations.</div>

<div>The leaderboard will be refreshed every hour based on teams&rsquo; total Spot and Futures trading volume during the campaign period.</div>

<li data-list="number"><strong>Reward Distribution Mechanism</strong>
<div>1) Rewards will be distributed on T+1 (one day after the campaign ends) based on the final team rankings.</div>
<div>2) Internal team reward allocation:</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;a. 30% of the team reward will be allocated to the team leader (Affiliate);</div>
<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;b. 6<span style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Open Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;">5% of the team reward will be distributed among the top 500 team members, proportionally based on their individual trading volume contributions;</span></div>

3) In the event that multiple teams achieve the same total trading volume at the end of the campaign, rankings will be determined based on team formation time, with earlier-formed teams ranked higher.</li>

<h2><strong>Terms and Conditions</strong></h2>

<div>Only affiliates who successfully join the event by clicking the [Join] button are eligible for the prizes;</div>

<div>Trading volume = (buys + sells) x price; The trading volume includes both Futures and Spot trading volumes (only users with VIP1 to VIP4 levels are calculated; those above VIP4 are excluded);</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>During the campaign period, the trading volume of newly listed tokens on KuCoin generated by the affiliates themselves and their invitees will be excluded;</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Affiliates with more trading volume will gain priority in receiving the rewards if the allocated rewards exceed the total volume of the prize pool;</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>Once you join the event, we'll track your participation by tallying the trading volumes of both your existing referrals and new invitees on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account instantly after each task is completed;</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>If there are other concurrent events of the same type (such as registration, deposit, trading, or sharing), rewards will only be issued based on the affiliate's first-time registration and participation in the specific event;</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>Rewards will be suspended for any duplicate or fraudulent accounts involved in cheating or attempting to manipulate the system (e.g., wash trading across multiple accounts);</div>
</li>
<li data-list="number">
<div>KuCoin reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.The final right of interpretation belongs to KuCoin;</div>
