The Five Stages of FOMO Every Crypto Trader Knows Too Well

Nobody plans to buy the top. Somehow, the top still finds us.

Stage one is “I’m just watching.”

You see the token trending. You check the chart. You tell yourself you are calm, rational, and not emotionally involved.

Stage two is “Wait, why is it still pumping?”

Now the timeline is full of rocket emojis. Everyone suddenly sounds like they discovered the project early. You open the chart again. It is higher than five minutes ago.

Stage three is “Maybe I’ll take a small position.”

This is where discipline starts negotiating with ego. The plan was to wait for a pullback. The new plan is “just a little entry.”

Stage four is “I should have bought more.”

The position turns green. Confidence enters the room. Suddenly, risk management feels like something boring people talk about.

Stage five is “Why did I not wait?”

The candle reverses. The same people posting rocket emojis are now posting “healthy correction.” You zoom out, zoom in, change timeframes, and pretend that helped.

The useful lesson is simple: FOMO is not only about greed. It is also about social pressure. When everyone looks confident online, it becomes harder to accept that you missed a move.

A better habit is to decide before the pump:

What price is too late?

What invalidates the trade?

How much can I lose without emotional damage?

Not Financial Advice.

$WLD Pullback Into Strength Signals Trend Continuation

Trade Setup: Long

Entry Zone: 0.510 – 0.525

TP1: 0.560

TP2: 0.600

TP3: 0.640

SL: 0.485

Price remains well above the 200 EMA (0.4096) despite the recent pullback from 0.6317. The broader structure continues to show higher highs and higher lows, suggesting profit taking rather than a trend reversal. If buyers defend the current support zone, momentum favors another move toward the recent highs and beyond.

$LAB Bearish Breakdown Signals Further Downside Risk

Trade Setup: Short

Entry Zone: 11.20 – 11.50

TP1: 10.50

TP2: 9.50

TP3: 8.20

SL: 12.10

Price has lost support around the 200 EMA and sellers remain in control after repeated rejections from the 15–17 zone. The recent breakdown suggests bearish momentum could continue toward lower support levels if buyers fail to reclaim 11.80.

Iran… When Religion Becomes a Political Cover and a Project of Chaos For decades, the Iranian regime has tried to market itself to the Muslim world as the “protector of Islam” and the “champion of the oppressed,” yet the reality on the ground tells a completely different story: every time Iran has intervened in an Arab state, it has brought destruction, division, militias, sectarianism, chaos, and bloodshed. Iran has never been known as a project of state-building, but rather as a project of state infiltration. It speaks of “Islamic unity” while working to tear apart Arab societies from within; it invests more in militias than in development, and supports chaos more than stability. Specifically in the Gulf, Iran has never ceased its political, security, and military blackmail—whether through threats to close the Strait of Hormuz, support for armed proxies, or campaigns of media and sectarian incitement—and then returns to raising slogans of “Islamic brotherhood” and “support for the Ummah,” as if slogans could conceal the truth. The problem is not with the Iranian people—peoples deserve respect—but with a regime that has built its project on expansion, political deception, buying time, procrastination, and exploiting religious sentiment to achieve purely geopolitical goals. One of the greatest mistakes made by some is confusing “nomenclature” with “reality.” Not everyone who raises an Islamic slogan represents Islam, and not everyone who includes the word “Islamic” in their name has an authentic Islamic project. Therefore, I believe the most accurate analogy for this contradiction is comparing the “Islamic Republic of Iran” to the term “sewage water”: Just as sewage water is not “healthy” merely because the word appears in its name, Iran is not “Islamic” merely because it raises religious slogans. True Islam does not rely on exporting chaos, funding militias, trading in causes, political deception, or using religion as a tool to deceive populations. Islam is a religion of justice, mercy, safety, stability, and the sanctity of life. Over the past decades, however, Iran’s project has been synonymous with war, destruction, and division wherever it has appeared. Today, many Arab peoples have become far more aware of this reality and no longer fall for flashy slogans or revolutionary rhetoric—because experience has proven that Iran excels in only one thing: managing chaos and prolonging crises. In contrast, Gulf countries—led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—have demonstrated that they represent a project of stability, development, and political rationality, striving to protect the region from collapse despite every provocation and direct or indirect targeting. Today, the region does not need exhausted religious slogans; it needs projects of development, stability, respect for state sovereignty, and non-interference in others’ affairs. Those who attempt to use Islam as a political cover to advance expansionist ambitions harm Islam more than they serve it—no matter how many slogans they raise or how much they stir Muslim emotions. Energy prices are almost certainly headed higher in the years ahead. Investing in oil and energy stocks is one of the most obvious investment decisions you can make.

⚡️The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report once again underscores the necessity and importance of the effective implementation of the safeguards agreement under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in Iran, and states that its implementation must not be suspended. ⚡️The IAEA report shows that the Agency’s estimates of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpiles as of June 13, 2025, remain unchanged from previous reports. ⚡️The International Atomic Energy Agency submits two quarterly reports on Iran to its member states. ⚡️IAEA report: The International Atomic Energy Agency has not received any information from Iran regarding the status of declared nuclear materials or facilities, nor has it been able to access any of these facilities to conduct on-site verification activities.

From late night to early morning on the 4th, a series of new reports on the Middle East situation intensified pressure on market sentiment. 🇮🇷 Iran has maintained a hardline stance on nuclear negotiations and claimed to have attacked U.S. vessels in the Gulf of Oman. 🇺🇸 Meanwhile, President Trump made remarks hours later aimed at calming markets, but these had little effect on improving investor sentiment. 📈 Furthermore, the Fed’s Beige Book indicated that inflationary pressures have risen due to the Middle East conflict, and several Fed officials have continued to adopt a cautious stance on inflation and interest rates. ➡️ These factors have supported a stronger U.S. dollar and weighed on overall market sentiment. Markets are gradually losing faith in Trump’s statements themselves and may be approaching a phase where they react only to Iran’s actual actions.
