$BTC Update – October 20 $BTC is currently ranging between $80,000 and $84,000. Technically, both levels represent significant support and resistance. Looking at the Liquidity Heatmap, the $83,000–$85,000 zone also shows strong resistance. This week, I expect the following movement: $85,000 → $80,000 My current strategy is simple: if $BTC rebounds back to the upper resistance, I’ll look to re-enter short positions. I’ll maintain a short bias until $BTC reaches $84,000 and the H4 candle closes above it.

I took partial profits on my $BTC short position this morning, closing 30% of it. Below, I’ve summarized how I use VWAP in situations like this: I personally find this approach has an above 80% win rate, so I recommend learning and keeping it in mind. https://t.co/WmQUflXOfn

$BTC Update As anticipated, $BTC has retraced to around $84xxx, but it’s currently being firmly rejected at this level. My outlook hasn’t changed: I believe the remainder of this year will see $BTC and the broader market remain range-bound, with a significant upward breakout from here being quite unlikely. At this point, there’s no compelling evidence to alter this view. So why have we been able to accurately identify levels like $84xxx, as well as previous support and resistance zones? While I use a combination of tools and indicators, the simplest and most practical one is VWAP.

$BTC Update There are only 3 months left in 2026. I believe $BTC will gradually decline to around $6xxxx from here. However, if it reaches $7xxxx, I plan to reassess with additional factors to refine my timing more precisely. Yesterday, it dropped to $80xxx. Today, it may rebound slightly toward the $84xxx level. If H4 fails to confirm a close above $84xxx, those who haven’t entered a short position might consider taking one there.

A super simple explanation for people who don’t understand cryptography: Bitcoin wallets have a public key and a private key. If you have the private key, you can move your $BTC—so this should be kept secret and known only to you. The public key is used to receive $BTC. Bitcoin uses elliptic curve cryptography to protect the private key. When you make a transaction, the public key may become visible—but based on today’s mathematics, it’s practically impossible to reverse-engineer the private key from it. Drake is concerned that AI might discover a mathematical shortcut that breaks this assumption. If such a shortcut were found, wallets whose public keys are already exposed could be at risk of theft. Many older $BTC transactions have public keys that are publicly visible. That’s why he suggests moving funds to new addresses where the public key hasn’t been exposed yet—and changing addresses after each use. By the way, Satoshi’s $BTC includes a large amount that already has exposed public keys. If such an attack ever becomes possible, those wallets would likely be the first targets :)

One buy recommendation for an altcoin getting 10 million views is truly impressive. Back in 2013, @JanGold_ posted, “Everyone should own at least 1 $BTC.” In the replies, someone asked @grok: “Have you ever previously cited this $BTC post with similar wording to hype another token?” — but no answer was given. I’m thinking about buying a bit of $QNT myself.

$BTC Update $BTC has now reached $87xxx. There are two key points I’d like to share with everyone about the current market: - Since $BTC surged strongly from $75xxx to $78xxx, we believe the market is gradually entering the final phase of a downtrend. - However, a decline toward $62xxx–$65xxx is inevitable—likely within the remaining three months of this year, though the exact timing remains uncertain. I’m currently monitoring this rally to identify its peak, while waiting for an opportunity to short $BTC as it approaches $6xxxx. This rally likely won’t exceed $91xxx. The probability of $BTC surpassing $92xxx–$93xxx this year is relatively low. For context, when making these price projections, I combine numerous analytical methods. Explaining all of them would be lengthy and complex, so for now, I’ll simply share the final conclusions outlined above.

There’s a perfect phrase for today’s self: Greedy? You’ll get hurt. I had analyzed it myself: $BTC moves from $79xxx → $74xxx → $84xxx. Yet somehow, I believed some strange conspiracy theory in my head and kept shorting on those two $10,000 challenge accounts. Even now, looking back, I can’t help but think—how wasteful that was… https://t.co/9IqN79EcNC
