Bitcoin price breaks down from bear flag, holding $70K support with next target at $66K. Large ETF outflows and RSI signals raise bearish concerns.

🚨 BREAKING: $BTC breaks below $𝟳𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 for the first time since April 7.
The clean break of this major psychological support opens the door to further downside as stop-losses and liquidations cascade. Next support zones: $68K–$69K (prior consolidation), then $65K.
𝗛𝘂𝗽𝘇𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲: Former support at $70K now flips to resistance. With spot BTC ETFs bleeding $6.6B over three quarters, the structural headwind makes any recovery attempt vulnerable to selling. Rallies into $70K are likely to be sold into until ETF flows reverse.

Not one for waiting for confirmation if I can see a bottom forming. I'd rather catch it and hedge if I'm wrong to try again lower. Given that the daily cycle low is due right now, this is a potential bottom formation in progress. Good chance of the triple tap. NB: 71.8 needs to be reclaimed asap or things get ugly.

$BTC🎣 • Near me if tomorrow $BTC Price manage to hold 71250$-70500$ zone area... Then we will look for long trade setup after getting proper bullish confirmation on LTF's. Reasons : 1- onchain data now is totally bullish.. 2- LTF'S Are in oversold.. • Price will test important support zone.. Warning : without proper bullish confirmation i will not take any trade... Bcz overall we are in a bearish trend from LTF'S to HTF's.

$BTC liquidity update > Long liqLevels: 118 | Short liqLevels: 446 (Δ: -328) ~12B imbalance remains heavily skewed toward shorts. > however, many seem to forget we're trading in a bear market environment -> warning about such breakdowns for weeks > positioning imbalances can persist much longer than people expect when aligned with the dominant trend. still: > shorts remain the crowded side > positioning above price is becoming increasingly attractive that doesn't mean we have to rally immediately, but it does mean the larger fuel source currently sits overhead. > recently we flushed a 280M position around 70.4k. largest remaining single liq level: > 74.8k (~300M+) & 76.3k (~350M+) those remain the primary magnets if flows can stabilize and improve. > a move into those areas would likely require stronger spot demand and/or short liquidations accelerating the move higher. below current price, meaningful liquidity doesn't really show up again until around 65k, which remains the next target for my swing shorts for now: > positioning favors squeezes higher > trend still favors lower prices > flows will decide which side gets paid first my shorts are doing very well here, so i'm staying patient and reactive.

Finally $BTC break downwards below the bear flag support. With MA100 breached, there is no more support here. As projected based on the imaginary lines, the descending purple line does not support any more. Next level below will be either the green dotted line at 69500 or the lower purple line at 68300. I am not discounting the fact that the 61.8% Fib retracement looks a little yummy. I will be so bold to say that if if should drop and test the 61.8%, it will be in 3 days time. 04.06.2026. Why? that is where my lines converge with the 61.8%. Super low at 64500 but hey, these are imaginary. I am also saying that this time the WMA200 and WMA300 probably will not support actual bounce or recovery. $BTC at 29000 could be a real thing

$BTC closest yesterday's session and reopen back inside the Bollinger range. However, prices do not seem to be able to recover as we do not have any support levels near by below. The next level will be at 63500 range where the 61.8% Fib Retracement sits. RSI now is below 30 and could possibly continue downwards. MACD and TSI continue to expand downwards with bigger gaps from their signal lines. This is expectable after the bear flag support is breached. I do not think prices will retest the bear flag support (turn resistance) level.

Idea Update At this stage, both the data and the market structure continue to align with the scenarios we outlined earlier. Price has now reached the *0.5 level associated with both Scenario 1 and Scenario 2. The higher-quality path would be a move back into the $76K–78K region to reset positioning, unwind algorithmic imbalances, and then potentially trigger a faster acceleration to the downside. The more aggressive scenario would be for price to spend some time around $70K, fail to attract sufficient demand, break lower, and move toward a $65K test for bitcoin:native without first revisiting higher levels. At the moment, I would assign approximately 70/30 odds in favor of the first scenario, with a test of the $76K–78K area remaining the higher-probability outcome. Also, I’ve noticed people trying to reach out through different channels to ask questions. Don’t overcomplicate it just leave your questions in the comments. That helps me understand how deep you want the analysis to go and whether it makes sense to move beyond the visual interpretation and start sharing more of the quantitative side behind the framework.

Mix seasonalities with the largest holder of Bitcoin 'stress-testing' the market with sell orders. BTC is already down 10% over the last 7 days, pushing Bitcoin within a 14% range of this historic support. It is possible that June will break this trend. We will have to monitor this situation closely.
