Every stablecoin holder who is not earning yield is losing money. Not losing as in "missing gains." Losing as in purchasing power erosion while the issuer earns on your float. @useTria routes yield back to you. → Up to 15% APY → Paid to balance → Higher rates for card holders → Self-custodial → No lockup Your stables should work for you, not for Circle or Tether. The math is simple. The inaction is expensive.

Even stablecoins are being withdrawn from the market, suggesting their funds are being redirected elsewhere. Notably, the inflows and outflows of stablecoins are closely correlated with market price movements. Cash In → Market tends to rise (As seen on the chart, the cash inflow starting around April 2 coincided with BTC’s rise from $65,000 to $83,000.) Cash Out → Market enters a correction phase (Cash outflows began in early May, and BTC has since declined from $83,000 to its current level.) As previously warned, the current cryptocurrency market is experiencing liquidity drawdowns due to major events such as large IPOs by U.S. corporations and the World Cup. I believe meaningful and sustained capital inflows into the cryptocurrency market are unlikely until mid-second quarter at the earliest.

The battle between Tether, Circle Internet Group, and emerging stablecoin issuers is becoming one of the most important competitions in crypto. Because whoever controls stablecoin liquidity controls: payments settlement DeFi access capital flow Stablecoins are quietly becoming the operating system of the on-chain economy. #USDT #USDC #Stablecoins

BiyaPay Launches OPENAIUSDT Pre-IPO Perpetual Contract. BiyaPay has launched the OPENAIUSDT Pre-IPO perpetual contract trading pair, with the underlying asset being OpenAI Group PBC (OPENAI), representing an estimated 1 billion shares. This contract will transition into a standard TradFi perpetual contract on the day OpenAI officially lists its IPO. Three key factors to monitor: whether capital continues to flow in, whether on-chain trading volume and open interest keep expanding, and whether the project team or regulators provide any new confirmations. A single news alert only indicates heightened sentiment—subsequent data will determine whether this evolves into a sustained trend. Risks must also be acknowledged: if trading activity and capital inflows fail to keep pace, the market may quickly absorb this as a one-time pulse event. $openaiusdt #usdt #pbc #openai #stablecoin

This is your periodic reminder that stablecoins are mostly inputs and raw materials, and not really a finished product in most cases. Legacy finance will use them to lower their cost structure, not compete with them.

What happens when governments, regulators, and stablecoin leaders sit at the same table? The future of finance moves on-chain. From digital dollars to real-world payments, stablecoins are rapidly becoming the foundation of a more efficient global economy. As adoption accelerates, the need for purpose-built infrastructure becomes increasingly clear. @arc is building a Layer 1 designed for the stablecoin era — enabling fast settlement, predictable costs, and seamless movement of value across borders. The next wave of blockchain adoption won't be driven by speculation. It will be driven by real economic activity. #ARC #Stablecoins #USDC #OnchainEconomy #Web3 #RWA #FutureOfFinance

JAPAN’S RULING LDP PARTY SUBMITS PROPOSAL TO FINANCE MINISTER BACKING CRYPTO ETF FRAMEWORK AND YEN STABLECOINS ACROSS ASIA Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party blockchain technology promotion panel submitted a proposal to Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama on Monday calling for a legal framework that would allow cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds to trade in Japan and for the government to promote yen-backed stablecoins for cross-border settlement across Asia. The proposal states that crypto ETFs “would provide investors with easy-to-understand ways of investment” and calls on the government to position them as official investment instruments in Japan’s financial market. LDP lawmaker Junichi Kanda told reporters after meeting Katayama that the panel urged the government “to take steps to promote yen stablecoins for settlement in Asia in the future.” The proposal also supports tokenized bank deposits and AI-driven financial infrastructure linked to blockchain settlement systems. The LDP submission coincided with the Japan Financial Services Agency’s new foreign stablecoin framework taking effect on June 1, creating a legal pathway for overseas stablecoin issuers to operate in Japan as electronic payment instruments under the Payment Services Act. The FSA requires foreign issuers to meet licensing, collateral management, audit, and regulatory cooperation standards to qualify. Japan’s three largest banks are separately experimenting with jointly issuing stablecoins under an FSA-backed pilot. Domestic startup JPYC launched a yen-pegged stablecoin in October 2025. Kanda said Japan could use the Asian Development Bank’s annual meeting, which Japan will host in May 2027, to highlight its yen stablecoin and blockchain policies internationally. Japan would join the United States and Hong Kong in offering a regulated crypto ETF market if the LDP proposal advances to legislation. Finance Minister Katayama declared 2026 “Japan’s digital year” in a January address and has previously backed crypto ETF access. The broader context is dollar-stablecoin dominance: the $315 billion stablecoin market is overwhelmingly backed by U.S. dollar reserves, and Japanese policymakers have described the development of yen-pegged alternatives as a strategic priority for preserving the yen’s relevance in Asian digital payment flows. The Bank of Japan’s deputy governor said last month that global monetary system design requires a “holistic approach” to avoid dollar-only digital settlement infrastructure.
