What I like here is the EMA compression. The short-term EMAs (5/10) are cooling down and moving closer to EMA 30, creating the conditions for a potential bullish crossover if buyers regain momentum.

This looks less like a breakdown and more like a liquidity refill before the next expansion.

As long as $XRP holds this demand area, the structure remains favorable for a move back toward the recent highs and a possible liquidity sweep above $1.094.

The SEC and CFTC are building a backup plan for US crypto rules as the CLARITY Act stalls.

The US regulators are advancing Project Crypto, a joint effort to define crypto assets and create clearer rules for staking, stablecoins, custody, fundraising and onchain trading.

The project has already produced a joint interpretation, with more rules now on the SEC’s 2026 agenda.

Though it cannot replace the CLARITY Act, it could be a regulatory workaround as the bill remains stuck.
