Agricultural cooperatives are facing growing expectations from international buyers and financial institutions. Beyond producing quality crops, they are increasingly expected to provide reliable farm records, demonstrate where their products come from and show how their operations are managed. Having this information properly organized can make a real difference. It helps cooperatives build trust with buyers, meet market requirements, improve transparency and become better positioned for financing opportunities. The challenge is knowing what information matters, how to organize existing records and what buyers and lenders expect before entering into an agreement. To help address these questions, @dimitratech | $DMTR is hosting The Due Diligence Mandate on November 19. This practical online session is designed for agricultural cooperatives, unions and fresh food associations. The discussion will feature Roberto Alonso Vega Alfaro, a Rabobank Foundation representative, and Carlotta Costa, Dimitra’s Director of ESG. Participants will learn what EU buyers look for, how to get existing farm records in order and the important questions to ask buyers and lenders before the next season.

Pendle has been making some serious moves lately, and the growth is becoming hard to ignore. In just one month, it has climbed from the 7th-largest venue to the 2nd-largest venue in DeFi for tokenized stocks, now commanding roughly 17% of the market share. It also ranked #1 in tokenized stocks TVL growth last month. That’s impressive progress in such a short time. @pendle_fi is clearly gaining traction in the RWA space, and its expansion into tokenized stocks is starting to show real results. The momentum is building, and it looks like Pendle is just getting started. 👀

Technology becomes more meaningful when it can make a real difference beyond the digital space. In Nayarit, Mexico, @dimitratech | $DMTR Carbon Conservation Project is making progress through Afforestation, Reforestation and Revegetation (ARR) activities across the project area. The goal is simple: support the restoration of natural ecosystems while creating measurable environmental benefits. This is one of the things I find interesting about Dimitra. Its technology isn’t just about collecting data or building digital solutions. It’s also being applied to real-world projects that can contribute to environmental conservation. And $DMTR plays a role in supporting the technology behind this kind of work.

Over 3 million ethereum:0x808507121b80c02388fad14726482e061b8da827 bought back in just 8 months. Since the launch of sPENDLE, buybacks have continued to grow, and there’s another interesting detail worth paying attention to. The buyback rate is now 6x higher than V2 emissions. In simple terms, for every 1 PENDLE issued through V2 emissions, 6 PENDLE are bought back from the open market and distributed to sPENDLE stakers. This means the buyback mechanism is purchasing significantly more tokens than V2 emissions are releasing. A milestone worth watching as the $PENDLE ecosystem continues to develop.

Floods, climate change, pests, and diseases have created serious challenges for cocoa farmers in Aceh, Indonesia. Many have lost their farms and now face the difficult task of rebuilding. Despite these setbacks, the Aceh Cocoa Forum, together with @dimitratech | $DMTR, is working with local governments, researchers, and buyers to strengthen the cocoa sector through sustainable farming, environmental protection, and better access to knowledge. From understanding EUDR requirements to exploring digital agriculture and carbon opportunities, equipping farmers with the right information can help them improve their livelihoods. Through its traceability work across Indonesia’s cocoa and coffee supply chains, Dimitra is contributing to efforts to help farmers prepare for changing market requirements and build a more sustainable future.

Ever wondered what goes into getting better coffee from the farm to your cup? It starts with farmers knowing when to harvest their coffee cherries, keeping proper records during processing, and tracking the journey of their produce. @dimitratech | $DMTR Connected Farmer helps make this easier by giving farmers tools to record their activities and improve traceability from the farm to the final product. When farmers have better tools and access to reliable farm data, they can make smarter decisions and improve how they manage their produce. Better farming practices start with better information.

Real-world utility is more than just a promise. It’s about seeing technology make a difference in the real world. @dimitratech Carbon Mexico Conservation Project in Nayarit is progressing with ARR (Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation) activities across the project area. The goal is simple: support the restoration of forests, help protect the environment, and create measurable environmental impact. This is one of the things I find interesting about Dimitra. The technology isn’t just sitting on paper; it’s being applied to real-world challenges. And $DMTR plays a role in supporting the technology behind these initiatives. Real utility, real projects, and real impact.

Pendle’s ecosystem keeps expanding, with a new High Yield USDC vault now live on Morpho. Co-curated by Pendle and Armitage, Wintermute’s vault curation arm, the new vault is designed to target higher yields by exploring a wider range of Pendle PT markets. It will run alongside the existing Pendle Ecosystem USDC vault, giving users another option to explore yield opportunities. At launch, the vault allocates across three PT markets: reUSD, USDat from Saturn Credit, and USD3 from 3Jane. More markets are expected to be added over time, expanding the vault’s opportunities across the Pendle ecosystem.

Getting agricultural products into international markets requires more than just producing quality goods. Businesses also need to prove where those products come from. With 78 days until #EUDR, traceability is becoming increasingly important for coffee exporters targeting the European market. @dimitratech | $DMTR is already helping make this possible. In Mexico, Cafetales Hamburgo has achieved full traceability for 156 tonnes of coffee, working with around 100 smallholder farmers. This is what practical technology adoption looks like: helping farmers and businesses build reliable records of their produce and prepare for stricter market requirements. Waiting until the last minute could make things much harder for exporters.

Wall Street is no longer just watching blockchain. Some of the biggest names in traditional finance are already putting assets onchain. As of October 2026, at least 30 major financial institutions are involved in tokenization or stablecoin-related activities. This includes BlackRock, Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, UBS, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. Some are bringing traditional investment funds onchain, while others are exploring digital payments, tokenized bank deposits, and faster ways to move money. What started as small experiments is gradually becoming real financial infrastructure. The interesting part is that RWA tokenization is moving beyond hype. Institutions are finding practical ways to use blockchain to make settlements faster, move collateral more easily, and improve how financial markets operate. Traditional finance isn’t waiting for blockchain to prove itself anymore. It’s already finding ways to use it.
