4. Once the buyer completes the payment, you’ll receive a notification.

Always check that you’ve actually received their payment in your bank account or wallet before releasing your crypto over to someone. If payment isn’t in yet, do not send over your funds!

Once you’ve confirmed receipt of payment, select Confirm to release the funds over to their account.

Q:why do I need to upload a proof-of-payment before marking an order as paid?

A: Due to issues in our European market where users frequently mark orders as paid without actually making the payment, we require you to upload a proof of your payment before you can mark an order as paid. This helps prevent inconvenience for both buyers and sellers. You can upload 1-2 images proving that you have indeed made the payment for the order. Please ensure that the proof-of-payment you’ve sent is valid, otherwise, the platform reserves the right to cancel your order.

Note: Currently, the requirement to upload  proof-of-payment only applies to the EUR market. Other markets are not affected at the moment.
