The European Commission estimates that the two aforementioned cryptocurrency taxes could generate approximately €28 billion in revenue over the seven-year budget cycle. Additionally, a 3% tax on large digital companies is expected to yield €5 billion annually, while online gambling taxes are projected to contribute €1.9 billion annually.
