Institutions got the largest stocks, not banks alone and not normal individuals. Banks are just one small part, the real big holders are Vanguard, BlackRock, Fidelity, pension funds and mutual funds and ETFs, they own like 70 to 80% of the market and do most of the trading too. Individuals direct only own like 10 to 15%, so they cant really move the market like that. So when market dumps like today, its mostly institutions selling, not retail, retail just dont got enough size to move Nasdaq 4 to 5% in one day. The bigger trigger was Democrats sweeping Congress, traders fear they will slow down data center buildout with more scrutiny, UBS said like 30% of 2028 capacity could be at risk, so the whole AI trade got hit at once. One strategist literally said the main driver is very aggressive institutional selling, retail is mostly just watching and panic selling small size after. $QQQ $NVDA $SPY

$ADA: TURN THE BREAK INTO SUPPORT ADA is trading around $0.1952 after pushing above descending resistance. The pullback from $0.2015 now tests whether buyers can turn that breakout into support. Holding $0.192–$0.194 on hourly closes and a controlled retest would strengthen the setup. Reclaiming $0.200–$0.202 would bring $0.208–$0.210 into focus, followed by $0.218–$0.220. The larger objective is the historical $0.225–$0.230 high zone. Reaching it requires higher lows and each reclaimed resistance area holding as support. Hourly acceptance below $0.190 would weaken the recovery and expose $0.185–$0.187, followed by $0.182–$0.183. The initial break has improved the local picture, but buyers still need to defend the reclaim through stronger hourly closes and controlled pullbacks.
