$AMD just beat on both sides, EPS came at 2.09 vs 1.94 expected and revenue at 13.38B vs 13.06B expected, becuase AI demand is still strong. Stock was already up 3.65% in regular session to 483.90 and then jumped another 7.05% after hours to 518, so the move is getting big now. I think shorts are trapped a little here, but dont chase at open becuase election night can still dump the whole market.

Public buyers just get normal Class A shares, 1 vote each, but all of them together only get 49.9% of the votes. The 7 founders share just 1 special Class F share, and that 1 share alone gets 50.1% of the votes, so they always win even if every public shareholder votes against them. And a separate trust holds 1 Class T share that picks 4 out of 7 board members, so the founders cant even control the whole board by themselfs. So basically you can buy the stock and make money if it goes up, but you cant really vote them out or change how they run the company, its their company even after IPO. 😳 $ANT

$ORCL jumped to $144.54, up 10.73% on the day, its best move since May. This rally came from its own news. Management said new funding will be capped at $20B, which eased fear of heavy dilution. Also $ORCL gave big long term forecast, over $225B revenue by fiscal 2030, driven by cloud and AI contracts. That gave investors confidence. Chart shows $ORCL bounced from $128.42 low to $148.47 high intraday, now holding above all EMAs. That strength shows buyers trust the growth story. So move is fully $ORCL own update, not related to other AI stocks.🚀

$NOW fell hard to $124 after hours from $150, even though it was small EPS miss. $1.00 vs $1.02 expected, but revenue beat at $4.11B vs $4.09B. Market was expecting perfect result because $NOW is priced high for growth. Even tiny miss makes investors nervous. Forward looks better, $1.17 EPS and $4.36B revenue next quarter, so growth is still there. But talk is about slowdown. $NOW is seeing cRPO growth cooling and AI monetization taking longer. So uncertainty about enterprise spending is hitting valuation. This is why $NOW sank more than the miss suggests.

$GOOGL dropped to $295 after hours from $324 even though revenue beat at $127.6B. Reason is EPS miss was big, $2.12 vs $3.02 expected. Thats almost 30% miss, market dont like that. $GOOGL was trading at high before earnings, so expectations was very high. Any miss gets punished. Forward numbers look good, $142.44B revenue and $3.36 EPS for next quarter, but traders worry about AI spending and lower margins. So $GOOGL fell fast to $287-295 zone. Not broken long term, but short term need to hold above $290 to avoid more downside.

$CBRS crashed to $106 and also effect of fed kept rates same, down 13% today. on daily chart $CBRS is in full downtrend, trading way below all EMAs, EMA50 at $165 and EMA200 at $228, so still weak. RSI is 28 on daily and 25 on 15min, oversold but ADX over 40 means sellers still in control. GEX chart shows absolute gamma at $95, thats the next magnet. Spot $106.80 is sitting in red accel zone, means fast moves possible. not a buy yet for swing. need $CBRS to reclaim $107 then $115-120 call wall, or wait for washout near $95 absolute gamma level where bounce can happen. best is wait for $95 test and bullish reversal candle, then buy with stop under $95.

$CBRS is down big, closed at 110.82 after hitting 106.13 low, its below all EMAs and ADX showing strong downtrend. RSI 23 is oversold but can stay oversold. $CBRS GEX is messy, spot sitting on 107 absolute gamma, lot of negative gamma at 110, 107, 105. It is in red accel zone means dealers sell into weakness so moves get faster. $CBRS is comparable as next NVDA 2016 is stretch, but $NVDA was profitable then, CBRS still burning cash and P/S 105x with OpenAI risk. Long term possible if execution works but not swing long now.
