FOMC holds interest rates

FOMC kept benchmark rate at 3.75%-4%, ending the first hike in three years. Vote was 10-2, with Cook and Hammack favoring a 0.25% increase.

$PUMP

The atmosphere is getting interesting again. The market has experienced another wave of selling, but I am paying attention to what happens after the pressure. The silence before the storm can create some of the most important opportunities.

PUMP is a token I am watching for a potential change in momentum. Meme and community-driven tokens can react quickly when liquidity returns, but they also carry significant volatility.

I want to see trading volume increasing alongside price stabilization. I am monitoring whale transactions, liquidity movements, and whether buying pressure starts absorbing the selling activity. A positive shift in Bitcoin dominance could also help determine whether capital is returning to riskier altcoins.

My provisional support watch zone is between 0.00365 and 0.00375. If buyers defend this region, the next recovery attempt could become interesting.

My trading plan

EP 0.00387

TP 0.004257

SL 0.0036378

I am watching the market closely because sudden changes in liquidity can completely change the short term picture.

$ONDO

The market is testing patience again, but I am not losing sight of the bigger picture. Sometimes the silence before the storm is exactly when serious traders begin preparing for the next opportunity.

ONDO is one of the projects I am watching carefully. Its connection to the real world asset sector makes it particularly interesting when market attention starts rotating toward tokenization and institutional crypto infrastructure.

The next signals I want to see are rising spot volume, stronger buying pressure, and changes in Bitcoin dominance. I am also watching large wallet movements to identify whether whales are accumulating during the correction or distributing into market strength.

The 0.35 to 0.36 region is my provisional support watch zone. If this area attracts buyers and volume confirms a recovery, ONDO could attempt a move toward the next resistance.

My trading plan

EP 0.37276

TP 0.410036

SL 0.350394

The market is not giving every answer yet, but the important levels are becoming clearer. Patience and confirmation will matter.

In the third quarter of 2026, the combined stock and fund losses of the five listed insurance companies approached RMB 400 billion; Ping An and Taiping saw significant declines in net profit, with their performance setbacks stemming not from their core insurance operations but primarily from losses in equity investments. The root cause lies in a conflict within the performance evaluation system: regulators encourage long-term investment and extend evaluation horizons, yet frontline investment personnel are still assessed based on quarterly and annual rankings. This led insurance funds to aggressively buy technology stocks at peak prices in July, then panic-sell en masse as markets declined in September, triggering follow-on selling by mutual and private funds, and even causing substantial drawdowns at AI-driven quantitative firms like Huafang Quant. The A-share market struggles to sustain a stable, long-term bull market because the scale of major shareholder sell-offs far exceeds share repurchases, resulting in continuous capital outflows.

People will look back at 2026 as a great year for investors. The S&P500 has been moving flat for months. Some great companies have seen their stock price drop by 30% or more. This is a great market for long term investors
