🐀 $1000RATS — VOLATILITY ALERT!

💰 Long Liquidation: $4.8658K at $0.01846

Long liquidations are dominating this snapshot, putting support under pressure. I would watch for a base and a strong lower-timeframe reclaim before considering a bounce.

📍 Entry Zone: $0.01845–$0.01865

🎯 TP1: $0.01885

🎯 TP2: $0.01920

🎯 TP3: $0.01970

🛑 SL: $0.01810

⚡ Momentum: A breakout above $0.01865 with volume could spark a relief rally. If support fails, stay cautious.

What if using DeFi felt more like sending a message than operating a cockpit? That’s the idea behind Mojo AI, a conversational AI experience for managing money on Solana. I’m exploring how it works and what stands out about the $CHIMP public sale on Metaplex Bootstrap. Sponsored by ChimpX. #ad

The challenge with real-time applications isn’t just speed—it’s being able to settle correctly even after errors. With MagicBlock 1.0, I’m more focused on recovery capabilities than marketing low latency. ① On October 6, MagicBlock announced Validator v1.0, with the corresponding version released on GitHub the same day. This is the execution component for Ephemeral Rollups—not a new client replacing Solana’s mainnet consensus validators. ② The release notes introduce ephemeral accounts, intent composition, callbacks, and richer application workflows, enabling apps to run in dedicated execution environments and settle delegated states back to Solana through structured processes. ③ What deserves closer attention are settlement recovery, retry logic after restarts, account synchronization, and commit ordering. These capabilities may not make for eye-catching posters, but they directly determine whether user operations can be completed reliably. ④ The release notes explicitly label replica mode and challenge protocols as experimental. Reaching version 1.0 does not mean all security mechanisms have been fully validated, nor should every type of application be assumed to be a suitable use case. My own view: Games, interactive apps, and high-frequency state applications require smoother execution—but end users won’t bear the cost of explaining “lost intermediate states.” The real product barrier is achieving both fast experience and reliable settlement simultaneously. I’ll first examine trust assumptions, failure recovery, and the path back to the main chain before looking at performance metrics. @Solana_zh @solana @magicblock

Tuom Holmberg, founder of @Collector_Crypt, on building for collectors at scale on Solana “Our biggest week, we sold 214,000 digital repacks in one week. Solana was kind of like, ‘Wow, that’s a really cool idea. I used to collect cards. I really want to see this work.’” “It’s really cool that where we wound up has a very high overlap and passion for collectibles.” @TuomHolmberg

web3.js v3 is worth paying attention to, but don’t mistake familiarity with the interface for a painless upgrade. This week’s focus is the developer ecosystem beginning to reunite. ① On October 7 (Beijing Time), Solana Developers officially introduced web3.js v3. Be clear on the date: GitHub’s v3.0.0 release, converted to Beijing Time, was on October 2; the recent development is the official announcement, not the initial code release. ② The new version retains the familiar class-based API while under the hood integrating with Kit. The goal is to align legacy API usage patterns with the new toolchain, sharing more foundational capabilities and reducing long-term fragmentation costs across the ecosystem. ③ New wallet adapters have also emerged, but a “major version” inherently requires careful review of migration differences. Familiar call patterns do not guarantee that all old types, behaviors, and dependencies will remain unchanged. ④ When migrating, cover wallet connection, signing, transaction serialization, RPC, and error handling. The SDK being labeled v3 does not automatically imply full end-to-end support for all new transaction formats. My own assessment: Unifying developer tools is a slow-burning but significant ecosystem benefit. It may lower costs for launching new projects and maintaining existing ones, but it cannot replace thorough migration testing. I’m willing to monitor and experiment—but I won’t upgrade production environments to the new version without proper regression testing. @Solana_zh @solana @solana_devs
