SEC unveils its 2026 regulatory agenda with crypto at the center.

SEC Chair Paul S. Atkins says the agency will prioritize clear rules for digital assets while advancing capital market reforms.

* New rules are planned for crypto custody, capital raising, and on chain securities trading.

* The SEC aims to support President Donald Trump's goal of making the U.S. a global crypto hub.

* The agency plans to reduce IPO compliance burdens to encourage more public listings.

* It also wants to expand retail investor access to private markets with appropriate investor protections.

SPACEX IS MOVING EXACTLY AS EXPECTED. $SPCX is already down 30% from its all-time high. No major bad news. No full insider unlocks. Yet the selling pressure has already started. And I don't think it's over. 96% of the total share supply is still locked. Here's how I see this playing out: • $150 → $225 → $160 • $160 → $134 → $117 • $117 → $85 → $91 • $130 → $180 → $230 If this roadmap plays out, buying $SPCX at the right time could become one of the best opportunities of the year. Most people will wait until the headlines turn bullish again. By then, the easy money will already be gone. I'll post the exact level where I start buying. Follow so you don't miss it.

Sam Altman reportedly won’t accept any OpenAI IPO valuation below $1 trillion. After watching SpaceX’s wild ride (and how quickly it hit $2T+ market cap), I get why he’s holding firm. But it makes me wonder, is OpenAI actually the better long-term bet than SpaceX? Both are burning massive cash on AI infrastructure. OpenAI is doing ~$24B run-rate revenue with huge losses, while SpaceX has strong revenue growth but is also heavily investing in AI (Starlink, orbital compute, etc.). The big difference? SpaceX already has real products and cash flow engines. OpenAI is still mostly promise and compute spend. I’m more comfortable with SpaceX’s moat right now, but OpenAI at a reasonable valuation could be incredible. What do you think, would you rather own OpenAI or SpaceX post-IPO?

Wall Street has given SpaceX an "Initial Buy" rating, with Morgan Stanley predicting the stock could rise by as much as 87%. According to Caixin on July 7, SpaceX has gained initial support from Wall Street, with global brokerages beginning to issue ratings for Musk’s rocket and AI company, forming a clear consensus: buy the stock. At least six brokerages, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and UBS, have initiated coverage with equivalent "buy" ratings, affirming SpaceX’s long-term growth narrative—even as questions around its profitability, execution, and valuation persist. Morgan Stanley set a price target of $300, one of the highest on Wall Street, implying an 87% upside from Monday’s closing price of $160.42. Morgan Stanley forecasts SpaceX’s stock could range from $75 in a bear case to $600 in a bull case, with revenue potentially reaching $319 billion by 2030 and $3.3 trillion by 2040.

🚨 🇺🇸 SPACEX WALL STREET RUSH TURNS $SPCX INTO A SPACE-AI VALUATION TEST Seventeen firms initiated SpaceX coverage on July 7, with targets from $131 to $800 and an average near $253 while shares trade around $160. Morgan Stanley sits at $300, Goldman Sachs at $205, and Raymond James carries the biggest $800 bull case. The simple story is rockets. The real market test is whether Starlink, launch dominance, AI infrastructure and orbital computing deserve mega-tech pricing. SpaceX owns the cleanest space-infrastructure trade; weak execution makes the $800 target look stretched. $SPCX
