SEC unveils its 2026 regulatory agenda with crypto at the center.

SEC Chair Paul S. Atkins says the agency will prioritize clear rules for digital assets while advancing capital market reforms.

* New rules are planned for crypto custody, capital raising, and on chain securities trading.

* The SEC aims to support President Donald Trump's goal of making the U.S. a global crypto hub.

* The agency plans to reduce IPO compliance burdens to encourage more public listings.

* It also wants to expand retail investor access to private markets with appropriate investor protections.

The agenda signals a more crypto friendly regulatory approach while pursuing broader reforms to U.S. capital markets.

Why is $BTC down 50%+ from its peak if institutions were supposed to stabilize it? Because institutions don't remove selling, they relocate it. June was the worst month ever for BTC ETF outflows (~$4.5B), and a treasury company just said it might sell coins to fund dividends.

The next 2–3 months could surprise a lot of people. Here’s why I’m leaning bullish on Bitcoin: • ETF inflows have started turning positive again. • Global liquidity is slowly improving. • Long-term holders continue to absorb supply. • Institutions aren’t leaving—they’re accumulating on weakness. • Retail interest is still relatively muted. The best rallies usually begin when sentiment is uncertain, not euphoric. I’m not saying we go straight up. Volatility is part of Bitcoin. But if the current trends continue, I think there’s a reasonable chance we’ll look back at these levels as an opportunity rather than the top. Stay patient. Stay convicted. The second half of 2026 could be very interesting. 🚀

🇺🇸 BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) recorded $209.39 million in net inflows, ending an 11-day streak of outflows. Fresh capital flowing back into the largest spot Bitcoin ETF could signal that institutional demand is starting to recover. Is this the beginning of a broader reversal, or just a short-term bounce? #Bitcoin #BTC #ETF
