$CHIP Spot Analysis ✅

$CHIP is currently trading within a key support zone between $0.03–$0.037, where a potential reversal appears to be forming. 📈

If buying pressure continues to build and market sentiment remains positive, this area could offer an attractive accumulation opportunity. A successful breakout from this range may open the door for a move toward $0.10–$0.15+ in the long term. 🚀$CHIP

Taiwan appears to be considering stricter export rules for AI chips to China to align with U.S. guidelines. This could further impact the tech industry, as access to critical technologies may become more restricted. For me, this highlights how tensions surrounding AI and semiconductors continue to escalate, and political decisions are increasingly affecting businesses and markets. An intriguing topic worth keeping an eye on 🙂

🚨 While investors chase Nvidia, TSMC, and AI software names, Japanese companies quietly dominate the less glamorous but harder-to-replace layers of AI infrastructure . Equipment, wafers, chemicals, substrates, MLCCs, power, cooling, and fiber are all areas where Japanese companies sit near the top. The Nikkei rally is highly concentrated in AI supply chain names. Kioxia is the wildest example. From IPO at 1,455 yen to above 78,000 yen, it became one of Japan’s most explosive AI infrastructure trades. The real winners are bottleneck companies: Lasertec, Disco, Advantest, Ibiden, Shinko, Murata, and Fujikura matter because they own parts of the chain that are extremely hard to replace. AI demand is spreading beyond chips. Read the full article here 👇🏻

🚨 🏢 AI COMPANIES FLOOD MANHATTAN OFFICE MARKET — 56% OF TECH LEASING NOW AI, ECHOING YEAR 2000 BUBBLE Cushman & Wakefield reports AI firms leased 1.03 million square feet in Q1 2026 alone, already surpassing all of 2025. AI now represents 55.9% of Manhattan tech-sector leasing, up from 20.9% in full-year 2024. Q1 2026 posted strongest quarterly leasing volume in six years at 10.4 million square feet, with vacancy collapsing 2.2 percentage points. An AI company paid record $320 per square foot at One Vanderbilt. The flight to trophy Class A buildings is extreme. SL Green hit 100% occupancy on trophy assets. AI tenants are non-profitable startups burning venture capital, hunting premium space for optics. The parallel to late-1990s dot-com overheating is structural. Manhattan office REITs gain short-term. Higher NOI locks in. SL Green projects record pipeline. But when AI burn rates hit zero funding, vacancy cascades back into the best buildings first — the same ones commanding peak rents today.

This round of AI infrastructure discussions has shifted from lists of chips to construction schedules. While GPUs have arrived in the data center, the clusters still await electricians, welders, transformers, and power distribution teams. The most underestimated bottleneck may lie beneath the hard hats.

$BB BMW just highlighted QNX as a critical partner for its next-generation Neue Klasse platform. When one of the world's largest automakers talks about scaling AI, OTA updates, advanced safety systems, and 20x more processing power and specifically points to QNX that's not noise. That's validation. The market may still be underestimating the strategic value of QNX in the software-defined vehicle era.
