Good morning crypto friends ☕️
I'd like to show you a comparison that, in my opinion, really changes the way we look at Ethereum.
I don't claim to have the definitive answer—any structure can work or break. But I feel it's my duty to share what I see with you. Not so you'll blindly believe, but so you can see the market more deeply than those who react solely to emotions. The decision is always yours.
📊 The chart above shows Ethereum (2W), and below is Gold (1W). And their structures are indeed very similar.
🎯My thesis is simple: the market may be writing off Ethereum too early.
In my opinion, ETH could be poised for a major multi-year move if this structure continues to work.
And if Ethereum does break out of this multi-year base, it's unlikely to be just a move for a couple of months.
If this structure is realized, the market could see a strong and sustained rally that will last much longer than most expect.
🔍Look at the chart pattern 👇
Ethereum now looks like it's completing a 5-year base—an ascending channel on the chart.
And this structure is very similar—both in timing and form—to what gold did between 2020 and 2024.
⚡️After completing its base, gold generated a powerful surge and rose from approximately $1,800 to over $4,500.
Compare for yourself:
➡️ Gold (2020–2024): built a rising wedge for years, collecting liquidity as it touched its boundaries ▶️then generated a strong, multi-month upward momentum.
➡️ ETH (2021–2026): currently showing a very similar structure—the same touches, the same base, the same shrinking range.
☝️And here's what I want to convey:
Now many are again labeling Ethereum as a "written-off coin."
But the market often works like that: the loudest pessimism appears when an asset has been in the base for a long time and the majority loses patience.
📌The longer it takes to build a base on a higher timeframe, the stronger and more prolonged the breakout can be.
Gold has already shown this.
Ethereum may be forming a similar structure now.
While the crowd is burying Ethereum, a five-year foundation could form on the chart, from which a major move could then begin.
This is not financial advice. Simply my view on market structure.🤝
