Today’s market is showing mixed momentum. I’m watching BTC/USDT closely after a short consolidation near support.

EMA structure is tightening, which usually means a breakout or breakdown is coming soon.

🟢 Bullish case: Hold above support + volume expansion

🔴 Bearish case: Rejection near resistance with weak volume

Risk management matters more than direction — small position size, clear stop-loss, and patience.

📌 Added a trading card for reference.

@el33th4xor Trump’s imposed tariffs have been ruled illegal by the Supreme Court. It’s now time for the president to discard economic ideas from the 1600s and build a modern economy based on blockchains

Bitcoin Pops After Supreme Court Strikes Down Trump’s Tariffs The Supreme Court of the United States on Friday struck down President Donald Trump’s sweeping global tariff regime, ruling 6-3 that he exceeded his authority by imposing broad import duties under a national emergency law. The decision invalidates tariffs Trump levied in early 2025 under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, a statute enacted in 1977 and historically used to sanction foreign adversaries during crises. Trump cited persistent trade deficits and national security concerns, including fentanyl trafficking, to justify duties ranging from 10% to 50% on imports from nearly every major trading partner. Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts said the Constitution leaves little ambiguity about who controls the taxing power. “The Framers did not vest any part of the taxing power in the Executive Branch,” Roberts wrote, adding that no previous president had used the statute to impose tariffs “of this magnitude and scope.” The ruling marks the first major test of Trump’s second-term economic agenda before the high court, which includes three justices he appointed during his first term. Lower courts had already found that the administration overstepped, emphasizing that Article I of the Constitution assigns tariff authority to Congress. President Trump said he has a backup plan to pursue tariffs following the court ruling, according to various sources.

@KobeissiLetter If tariffs are ruled illegal, refund exposure at that scale is massive. Policy reversals like this can ripple through markets fast.

BREAKING: 🇺🇸 The U.S. Supreme Court overturns President Trump’s tariffs. All tariff policies from the past year are invalid. Market volatility, including in Bitcoin and crypto, may occur in the coming days.

🚨 SUPREME COURT STRIKES DOWN TRUMP TARIFFS 🇺🇸⚖️ In a 6–3 ruling, the Supreme Court invalidated Trump’s IEEPA-based tariffs, saying broad import duties require clear congressional approval. What It Means: • Billions in tariffs rolled back • Up to $175B in potential refunds • Imports get cheaper → inflation pressure may ease • Markets reacting bullish on reduced trade tension Winners: Consumers, importers, risk assets Losers: Protected domestic industries Big shift in trade power, and potentially bullish for markets in the short term. #BreakingNews #SupremeCourt #Tariffs #StockMarket #Crypto #Inflation #Economy #Bitcoin #XRP

🚨 BREAKING: The U.S. GDP grew by 1.4%, below the expected 3.0%, signaling a stronger-than-expected slowdown in economic growth. At the same time, December’s PCE inflation rose to 2.9%, above the expected 2.8%, while Core PCE climbed to 3.0%, its highest level since November 2023. Markets reacted negatively: the S&P 500 dropped below 6,850 and Bitcoin fell below $67,000 as growth slowed and inflation accelerated.

SABAH REPORT | Thursday – February 19, 2026 A) Political Developments According to the WSJ, the U.S. has assembled its largest military air power in the Middle East since the 2003 Iraq invasion. The Trump administration labeled Iran’s progress in uranium enrichment as “dangerous” and announced it is in the preparatory stage for new sanctions. Iran reiterated that it will not respond to “excessive demands,” while maintaining limited cooperation with the IAEA. Israel continues to keep potential military options against Iran’s nuclear facilities on the table; Netanyahu emphasized Iran as the “primary threat” during his recent conversation with Trump. U.S.-UK joint air operations against Houthi forces in the Red Sea have intensified again over the past 24 hours; the Houthis have declared they will continue attacks on “Israel-linked vessels.” Geopolitical risk premiums in oil prices have risen significantly. #FED January Meeting Minutes (released last night) The minutes revealed that members were not eager to cut interest rates. While inflation was noted to be progressing toward the target, persistent “sticky” elements remain. Most members indicated they would maintain a data-dependent approach and require further evidence before cutting rates. Some members signaled a potential slowdown in balance sheet reduction, but the overall tone was assessed as “patient.” Market expectations for a March rate cut have fallen below 30%. U.S. Domestic Politics (DHS-focused partial government shutdown – Day 6) Shutdown effects continue: TSA lines at airports have lengthened, border operations have slowed, and FEMA faces resource constraints in disaster aid. Trump reiterated his threat of a “long-term shutdown,” with no progress in negotiations; Democratic demands for ICE reform have created a deadlock. The EU is evaluating options to support a transitional committee to administer civil governance in Gaza. Steps toward integrating the SDF into official structures within Syria are on the agenda. B) Economic Calendar China’s Spring Festival holiday continues; Chinese markets remain closed, and liquidity in Asia remains low. 16:30 — Weekly Initial Jobless Claims; Continuing Claims; Philadelphia Manufacturing Index; Trade Balance; Advance Wholesale Inventories; Foreign Trade Balance 18:00 — Pending Home Sales; Leading Index Calendar Note: The impact of China’s Spring Festival holiday persists (February 15–23); volumes remain low in commodities and Asian markets. The market’s primary focus today will be the overnight release of the FED minutes; U.S. data may take a back seat. MAIN THEME OF THE DAY Iran-centered geopolitical tensions (nuclear + Red Sea) are pushing energy prices and risk premiums higher, while the FED minutes’ “patient” tone has delayed expectations for rate cuts and supported the dollar. The operational impacts of the DHS partial shutdown are increasing domestic political uncertainty. Combined with low liquidity due to China’s holiday, markets are expected to remain cautious. #gold #bitcoin
