U.S. stocks did not open lower and then recover yesterday; instead, they opened lower and continued falling sharply! What will happen to China’s A-shares on Monday? Currently, a double top has formed on the monthly chart of U.S. stocks, but yesterday’s daily chart showed extremely high volume, suggesting a potential short-term rebound. Given yesterday’s 3.5% plunge in U.S. stocks, I believe A-shares are highly likely to accelerate downward sharply on Monday. Since September, the market has been in a prolonged phase of gradual decline. Next week, we may see a sharp drop of over 5% in the ChiNext and STAR Market indices. If such an accelerated decline is accompanied by massive volume, the bear market rally we previously anticipated may be imminent.
