AI SDRs don't remove the need to train sellers. They change where the training happens. @jasonlk surfaced the question every CRO is asking right now: "But how will you train the AEs? Who will mentor them?" My answer is to make the AI SDR's output the curriculum. Every draft goes through an approval column before it sends, and that column is where a junior rep learns. They read why the agent picked this account, judge whether the signal is real, rewrite the first line, and see which version earns a response. That's more reps of judgement in a week than a cold-calling floor gave in a month. The AI handles the volume. The human learns the judgement, and judgement is what makes an AE. Don't cut the academy. Move it into the approval queue. https://t.co/fJPRT8NZ0s
