⚠️ This is my personal opinion. AI technology is advancing rapidly, and various issues arise every day. Don’t many of us—including myself—feel a strange, unfamiliar sense of unease unlike anything before? “What exactly am I anxious about?” The answer that emerged is: “Loss of trust and credibility.” In a world where voices, videos, documents, and even systems can be forged or breached, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to verify: “Is this real? Is this safe?” Markets, societies, and economies all depend on trust. In past crises of trust, we overcame them by reforming systems— but this time, the speed and scale of the damage are clearly different from anything before. The foundations of modern society may now be at greater risk. “No one knows what will happen.” That’s probably where the true source of our anxiety lies.
