Sometimes the most important coin on the board is the one barely moving.
USDS is sitting almost perfectly around its dollar value while the rest of the market is fighting for direction. In the screenshot, USDS is trading around 0.9992, with a market capitalization near 2.73 trillion PKR and a 24 hour move of only plus 0.01 percent.
That stability is important because stablecoin liquidity is part of the fuel behind every major crypto rotation.
The broader market is heating up again. Bitcoin is holding around 80,000, ETF flows have remained supportive, and total crypto market activity remains elevated. Recent reports showed hundreds of millions of dollars of spot Bitcoin ETF inflows during the first part of September, while futures open interest also declined after the recent volatility, suggesting some excess leverage was removed. 2
USDS itself is not the coin I would chase for a traditional upside trade.
Instead, I am watching it as liquidity.
When stablecoin liquidity increases while Bitcoin remains strong and altcoin volume expands, that can create the environment for the next aggressive rotation.
EP: 0.9980 to 1.0000
TP1: 1.0010
TP2: 1.0050
TP3: 1.0100
SL: 0.9950
The real trade here is not the percentage move of USDS. The real signal is what stablecoin liquidity tells us about the market's ability to absorb new risk.
If capital continues flowing into crypto while Bitcoin holds its major support, the next opportunity may be waiting in the higher beta altcoins.
I am watching the liquidity.
I am ready for the move.
