Overbought: Selling Already — positive momentum, outflows beginning. Oversold: Puking Lows — outflows, decreasing momentum. Oversold: Buying Already — decreased momentum, inflows beginning. What the current reading means: Both axes are elevated across the board. Momentum is high, and money is still arriving into assets that have already moved. The marginal buyer is largely committed, meaning the people most likely to buy have already bought. What to watch out for: A move into the Selling Already quadrant.
