A lot of headlines today are using the word “crash,” but I think some perspective is needed. Bitcoin moving from ~$65K to below $63K is not a crash, it’s normal market volatility. Crypto traders have seen much larger moves many times before. The bigger story is the AI and semiconductor selloff. NVIDIA, Micron Technology, and other chip stocks had an incredible run, and when a sector moves too far too fast, corrections are healthy. China’s semiconductor developments are worth watching, but they won’t change the global chip industry overnight. The main short-term catalyst is the Fed meeting. I don’t expect a surprise rate hike, that would be a very aggressive move from Chair Kevin Warsh. The market is also waiting for Big Tech earnings, which will give more clues about AI spending. For traders, this is a reminder: markets move in cycles. Strong trends create opportunities, but they also create corrections. Focus on the data, levels, and risk management, not the noise. #crypto #cryptomarket #stocks #fed #AI #semiconductor
